Pretty cool: All-Pro New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss has purchased half of a Nascar team. The team’s single entry, a Craftsman Truck Series Chevrolet Silverado, will change to #81, Moss’ jersey number. The purchased team, Morgan-Dollar Motorsports, will now be called Randy Moss Motorsports.
Something I’ve always wanted was an RSS feed of my friends’ birthdays in Facebook. You see, I don’t login to Facebook everyday, but I do open Google Reader (my RSS reader of choice) everyday. And the only way (until now) to see who’s birthday is today is to login.
But now, problem solved!
The Facebook application is fbCal, and it is magnificent. You install it like any other application with Facebook, and it creates 4 different feeds you can use in any application you like (iCal and RSS feeds for both birthdays and events). Snazzy!
Today is the first day of my internship with the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas. I will be working in the Budget Office part-time while attending classes at the University of Kansas.

Part of the MPA program at KU is the focus on interships. Students work a part-time internship for the calendar year in which they take classes, and then work a full-time internship for an additional year before earning a degree.
A teaser trailer for the new James Bond film, A Quantum of Solace, has been released. Ah, Casino Royale was great, and I think this one is going to be even better. Movie comes out on November 7 in the US.
